Led the design and successful delivery of critical functionalities within a consumer-facing, responsive web banking platform, emphasizing visual design and information architecture
Collaboratively used Sketch/Figma to establish our design system, enabling the creation of comprehensive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. This was underpinned by a thorough understanding of design systems and principles, all centered around the user’s perspective.
Created and set up A/B testing using Adobe Target and conducting user surveys, I gathered both quantitative and qualitative data, leading to a significant 35% increase in Guaranteed Rate’s user engagement
Built a white-label-friendly design system and frameworks for the product, powering the underlying engineering framework for first-party and partner products.

Successfully created and managed the design system for the new booking website and mobile app, a task that spanned all 700+ hotels, ensuring uniformity and excellence in all projects.
Conducted design audits to identify areas for improvement and implemented corrective actions using Adobe Target and Analytics
